By accessing or using AiViralCut (accessible via web browser at aiviral.org or local deployment), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not access or use the application.

2. Stock Media & AI Licenses

AiViralCut provides integrated access to stock video, images, audio, and generative AI features. You agree to adhere to the respective license models:

• Pixabay Media: Subject to the Pixabay Content License. Permitted for commercial and non-commercial usage without attribution, except for un-modified redistribution of standalone media files.
• ElevenLabs Audio: Free-tier synthetic speech is restricted to non-commercial usage with attribution. Paid-tier generations grant full commercial rights.
• License Manifests: You can download a verified JSON/CSV project manifest via the editor's Manifest tool to verify legal provenance for YouTube Content ID or brand sponsorship clearance.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use AiViralCut to produce, generate, or distribute:

• Content that violates copyright, trademark, or privacy rights of any individual or entity.
• Hate speech, harassment, defamation, or content depicting non-consensual sexual material.
• Automated malware, exploits, or attacks against cloud tenant storage infrastructure.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

AiViralCut is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Under no circumstances shall AiViralCut or its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data loss or rendering interruptions.
